摘要
比较了产蜡与未产蜡女贞叶片的叶绿素含量、保护酶活性及丙二醛含量。结果表明:与未产蜡女贞相比,产蜡女贞通过提高其叶绿素含量,加强其保护酶活性,并降低其丙二醛含量来抵御产蜡对树体产生的胁迫影响。
The chlorophyll content,the activity of SOD(superoxide dismutase)and POD(peroxidase),and MDA content(malonaldehyde)of Ligustrum lucidum Ait.were compared between wax secrection and non-wax secretion.The results showed that Ligustrum lucidum Ait.with wax secrection increased the chlorophyll content,strengthened the activity of SOD and POD,and decreased the MDA content to resist the wax secretion stress compared with CK.
