摘要
目的:研究接种枸杞木虱后对宁夏枸杞生长及叶片叶绿素荧光参数和叶片生理生化的影响,解析枸杞木虱的为害特点,为科学防控提供理论依据。方法:培育宁夏枸杞实生苗并接种枸杞木虱,分别在枸杞木虱接种后第3、6、9、12天测量枸杞植株地上部分和地下部分的鲜质量、干质量、叶片面积和根系长度、叶片叶绿素荧光参数及生理生化等指标,分析枸杞木虱对宁夏枸杞生长的影响。结果:接种枸杞木虱第6天即可显著抑制枸杞植株的正常生长,叶片光合能力、可溶性蛋白和多糖显著下降;总酚、类黄酮和过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸转氨酶(PAL)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)的变化无一致性规律。结论:枸杞木虱为害后可在短期内显著抑制宁夏枸杞根系生长和叶片光合作用。
Objective:To study the damage characteristics of Bactericera gobica Loginova to Lycium barbarum L.and provide theoretical basis for the scientific management of B.gobica.The effects of B.gobica on the growth of leaf and root,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter,and the physiological and biochemistry of L.barbarum were studied.Methods:The seedlings of L.barbarum were cultivated in greenhouse and then infested with B.gobica.The plant fresh and dry weight of aboveground and underground,total leaf area and root-system length,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,physiological and biochemical of L.barbarum seedlings were measured and compared on days 3,6,9 and 12 after infested with B.gobica.Results:B.gobica inhibited significantly the growth of L.barbarum after 6 days post infection.The photosynthesis capacity,total soluble protein,and polysaccharide of leaves decreased significantly,however,the content of total phenols,flavonoids and the activities of POD,PAL and PPO showed no obvious trend.Conclusion:B.gobica can inhibit the root growth and leaf photosynthesis of L.barbarum in a short period.
