摘要
目的比较中药颗粒剂与中药饮片治疗风热感冒患者的效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月抚顺市中医院收治的120例成人风热感冒患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予中药颗粒剂进行治疗,观察组给予中药饮片进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组开始退热时间、体温恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论与中药颗粒剂相比,中药饮片治疗风热感冒患者的临床效果更好,能够帮助患者尽快缓解发热症状。
Objective To compare the effect of traditional Chinese medicine granules and decoction pieces in the treatment of patients with wind heat and cold.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018,120 adult patients with wind heat and cold admitted to Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine granules,and the observation group was treated with herbal pieces.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of fever and the time of body temperature returning to normal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional Chinese medicine granules,the clinical effect of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the treatment of patients with wind heat and cold is better,which can help patients relieve symptoms as soon as possible.
