摘要
目的采用Meta分析系统评价免煎颗粒剂与中药饮片治疗风热感冒的临床疗效。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国期刊全文数据库、中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台,查找免煎颗粒、中药饮片治疗风热感冒的随机对照试验。对纳入的文献进行质量评价并提取数据,使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入16项研究,共计1830例风热感冒患者。Meta分析结果显示:与中药饮片相比,中药免煎颗粒使风热感冒患者的治疗总有效率显著降低(RR=0.93,95%CI:0.91~0.96,P<0.00001);中药免煎颗粒组患者的咽痛消失时间明显长于中药饮片组(MD=8.73,95%CI:7.42~10.05,P<0.00001)。亚组分析结果显示,银翘解毒颗粒的治疗总有效率明显低于中药饮片(RR=0.83,95%CI:0.79~0.88,P<0.00001),其体温恢复正常时间(MD=5.48,95%CI:4.17~6.80,P<0.00001)、咳嗽消失时间(MD=10.06,95%CI:5.04~15.07,P<0.0001)、鼻塞流涕消失时间(MD=11.98,95%CI:6.97~16.98,P<0.00001)均明显长于中药饮片。结论中药免煎颗粒治疗风热感冒的总有体效果不如中药饮片。银翘解毒颗粒的总体效果劣于中药饮片,其他颗粒制剂与中药饮片的总体效果相当。
Objective To systematically review the efficacy of herb granules and traditional decoctions on wind-heat type common cold.Methods We electronically searched the databases of Cochrane Library,Pub Med,Embase,CNKI,Wan Fang,and VIP to collect randomized controlled trials（RCTs）which compared herb granules with traditional decoctions in treating wind-heat type common cold.We evaluated the quality of included studies and extracted the data in them.This meta-analysis was conducted using Rev Man 5.3 software.Results There were 16RCTs involving 1830 cases of wind-heat type common cold in our meta analysis.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with traditional decoctions,herb granules has decreased clinical effective rate（RR=0.93,95%CI：0.91～0.96,P〈0.00001）and increased pharyngalgia disappeared time（MD=8.73,95%CI：7.42～10.05,P〈0.00001）.The results of subgroup analysis indicated that compared with traditional decoctions,Yinqiao Jiedu Granules has significantly lower clinical effective rate（RR=0.83,95%CI：0.79～0.88,P〈0.00001）and significantly increased the time for the temperature returns to normal（MD=5.48,95%CI：4.17～6.80,P〈0.00001）,coughing disappearance（MD=10.06,95%CI：5.04～15.07,P〈0.0001）and rhinobyon disappearance（MD=11.98,95%CI：6.97～16.98,P〈0.00001）.Conclusion The overall effects of herb granules is not as good as that of Chinese herbal medicine.The overall effect of Yinqiao Jiedu granules is inferior to Chinese herbal medicine,whereas there is no difference between Chinese herbal medicine and other granular preparations.
