营养+心理护理模式对食管癌放化疗患者负性情绪、生活质量及营养状况的影响 被引量:8

The Influence of Nutrition + Psychological Nursing Mode on Negative Mood, Life Quality and Nutritional Status of Patients with Esophageal Cancer

摘要 目的分析食管癌放化疗患者应用营养+心理护理模式对其负性情绪、生活质量和营养状况的影响。方法于2017年10月至2019年10月期间收治的食管癌放化疗患者中选取100例,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,研究组患者在此基础上给予营养+心理护理干预,比较两组患者的营养状况、心理状况以及生活质量改善情况。结果研究组患者干预后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分与对照组比较,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),两组患者干预后的血红蛋白、白蛋白和总蛋白检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理总满意度为94.00%,对照组患者的护理总满意度为82.00%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在食管癌放化疗患者护理中,应用营养+心理护理模式,能够有效减轻患者的负性情绪,改善患者营养状况,提升患者生活质量,从而增强患者对护理工作的满意度,可推广应用。 Objective To analyze the effects of nutrition+psychological nursing on patients with esophageal cancer and esophageal cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy on their negative emotions,quality of life and nutritional status.Methods A total of 100 esophageal cancer patients with esophageal cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy were selected from October 2017 to October 2019,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received nutrition on this basis+Psychological nursing intervention to compare the nutritional status,psychological status and quality of life improvement of the two groups of patients.Results The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Score(SDS)score,the quality of life assessment scale(SF-36)scores were statistically different from those of the control group(P<0.05)and the differences in the detection results of hemoglobin,albumin and total protein of the two groups of patients after intervention were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care of patients in the study group was 94.00%,and the total satisfaction of nursing care of patients in the control group was 82.00%,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with esophageal cancer and esophageal cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the application of combined nutrition+psychological nursing mode can effectively reduce the patient’s negative emotions,improve the patient’s nutritional status,promote the improvement of the patient’s quality of life,and enhance the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing work Degree,can be promoted and applied.
