摘要
深入学习习近平总书记关于全民终身学习的重要论述和指示,指出"扣好人生第一粒扣子"是终身学习的开始,扣好人生所有扣子是终身学习的目标。从终身教育在我国教育法中的发展、建立学习型社会等角度论述了构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系的意义,从国家、社会、学校、家庭和个人五个层面分析总结了构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系的路径。
This paper deeply studies General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition and instruction about lifelong learning for all,and points out that "buttoning the first button of life" is the beginning of lifelong learning,and buttoning all buttons of life is the goal of lifelong learning.From the perspective of the development of lifelong education in our country’s education law and the establishment of a learning society,the significance of constructing an education system to serve the whole people’s lifelong learning is discussed.From the national,social,school,family and individual levels of development and analysis,the path to construct an education system to serve the lifelong learning for all is summed up.
