摘要
车身设计制造过程中,焊接板件名称、料厚、最小焊接尺寸等信息依赖于各零件属性的读取,焊点分布及组合件焊点个数仍需手动捕捉截屏,效率低。基于UG/NX二次开发平台,通过对焊点的智能识别,过滤相同的焊点信息,筛选不同种类的板件层级,最终实现快速准确地输出所需图表。
In the car body design and manufacture process, the information such as the name, material thickness, and minimum welding size of the welding plate depended on reading the properties of each part. The distribution and the number of welding points still need manually capture screenshots, which was inefficient. Based on the UG/NX secondary development platform, the same welding points information was filtered by intelligent identification of welding points, and different types of sheet material levels were screened and finally the charts were output quickly and accurately.
