摘要
主要针对传统手工修模过程中存在的低效率、低精度、修模经验无法保存等缺陷,建立三维CAD模具引导线的圆弧逼近数学模型。通过修改圆弧半径、圆弧所在平面夹角等参数对各圆弧段修正,从而达到对整个引导线修正的目的。通过UG/OPEN API编程实现了基于UG二次开发的复杂弯曲型数模快速修正功能及其相应的用户界面。
Focusing on the defects in traditional manual model modification,such as the low efficiency and accuracy,and the loss of modification experiences,an approximating mathematical model with arcs for the guide lines of 3D CAD models is established.The guide lines will be modified via modulating arc radius and angle of support plane of arc.A rapid modified function and user interface based on UG re-development for complicated curved CAD models are developed with UG/OPEN API.
