摘要
建立了1100 kV和252 kV气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)盆式绝缘子的三维模型,基于有限元原理计算分析了绝缘子在不同外部载荷作用下的应力分布特性,并研究了气泡缺陷的位置及尺寸对绝缘子应力分布的影响规律。结果表明:应力最大值随载荷增加呈线性升高趋势;气泡缺陷会使盆式绝缘子相应位置处应力分布发生畸变,造成表面和剖面应力最大值增加,当载荷从0.4 MPa增加到3.2 MPa,最大应力值比无气泡缺陷绝缘子增大了40%~70%;气泡位置和尺寸对局部应力的分布有显著影响,当气泡远离绝缘子根部应力集中部位时,其对应力畸变的影响减弱;相同载荷作用下,1100 kV绝缘子应力最大值高于252 kV绝缘子。
A 3 D model of basin insulators for 1100 k V and 252 k V gas insulated switchgear(GIS)was established,and the stress distribution characteristics of insulators under different external loads were calculated and analyzed on the basis of finite element principle.The influence law of the position and size of bubble defects on the stress distribution of insulators was studied.The results show that the maximum stress increases linearly with the increase of load.The bubble defects can cause distortion of stress distribution at corresponding positions of basin insulators,leading to the increase of the maximum surface and section stress.When the load increases from 0.4 MPa to 3.2 MPa,the maximum stress value is40%~70%higher than that of the insulator without bubble.The position and size of bubble have a significant effect on the local stress distribution,when the bubble is far away from the stress concentration position at the insulator root,the influence on the stress distortion decreases.Under the same load,the maximum stress of 1100 k V insulator is higher than that of 252 k V insulator.
