摘要
在压力管道定期检验过程中,磁粉检测作为一项有效的无损检测方法,能够有效发现表面及近表面缺陷。本文针对中压空气管道使用过程中存在的主要损伤模式、重点检测部位,结合相关标准,制定合理的磁粉检测工艺并有效实施,及时发现并消除了安全隐患,保障了中压空气管道安全可靠运行。
In the process of periodic inspection of pressure pipe,magnetic particle testing,as an effective non-destructive testing method,can effectively find surface or near-surface defects.In this paper in view of the main damage modes and key detection parts existing in the use of mediumpressure air pipe,combined with relevant standards,a reasonable magnetic particle testing process is developed and effectively implemented,and hidden dangers are found and eliminated in time.Ensure the safe and reliable operation of the medium pressure air pipe.
