摘要
对某高职院校薪酬激励机制现状进行分析,认为此薪酬激励机制存在绩效考核不科学、结果应用不合理、缺少有效的薪酬分配制度等问题。在此分析的基础上,通过优化收入分配结构、强化激励约束机制、加强绩效过程管控等措施,建立有效的激励与约束并重的分配制度和完整的绩效管理评价体系。
This paper analyzes the current situation of the salary incentive mechanism in a vocational college and expounds such problems as unscientific performance appraisal,unreasonable application of the results and the lack of effective salary distribution system.In addition,it introduces the establishment of an effective distribution system attaching equal importance to incentive and restraint and a complete performance management and appraisal system by optimizing the income distribution structure,strengthening the incentive and restraint mechanism and intensifying the process management and control of performance.
