摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情的爆发,对我国人民的生命安全和正常活动产生了极大的影响。在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间,中国营养学会社区营养与健康管理分会根据相关指南提出了“居家膳食营养与健康管理建议”,以供社区居民和社区健康管理者参考。主要内容包括确保食物卫生安全,保持良好饮食习惯;根据体重和健康需要,合理摄入能量和蛋白质;保证日常膳食中足够丰富的维生素、矿物质和膳食纤维;保证充足液体摄入量;睡眠充足,规律起居;特殊营养食品的补充;儿童与青少年以及老年人和常见慢性病患者居家膳食营养原则等八个方面的建议。
The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)has brought a great impact on daily activities of community reesidents in China.For the prevention and control of COVID-19,the Community Nutrition and Health Management Committee of the Chinese Nutrition Society drafted a recommendation on dietary nutrition and health management according to the related guidelines for community residents and health managers.The recommendation included ensuring food hygiene and safety and maintaining good dietary habits,sufficient intake of energy and protein,sufficient intake of vitamin,minerals and dietary fiber,adequate fluid intake,adequate sleep and regular daily life,and supplement of special nutritional foods special nutrition principles for children and adolescents,elderly and patients with common chronic diseases.
