摘要
延迟焦化消泡剂对保障延迟焦化装置正常运转、降低空泡腐蚀非常必要。便捷有效的室内评价方法是筛选和开发延迟焦化破乳剂的关键方法。本研究设计了延迟焦化破乳剂室内评价方法,并筛选了多种延迟焦化破乳剂,在现场应用效果良好。
Delayed coking defoaming agent is very necessary to ensure the normal operation of delayed coking device and reduce cavitation corrosion.Convenient and effective indoor evaluation method is a key method to screen and develop delayed coking defoaming agent.In this study,an indoor evaluation method of delayed coking defoaming agent was designed,and a variety of delayed coking defoaming agent was screened.Field applications prove its good effects.
