压裂填砂裂缝导流能力室内研究进展与展望 被引量:15

摘要 随着石油行业对压裂裂缝认识的不断深入以及页岩气等非常规油气藏开发的需要,对复杂压裂裂缝网络系统的导流能力的研究愈发迫切。为此,从物理模拟和数值模拟2个方面对压裂缝中支撑剂的运移铺置行为和填砂裂缝导流能力评价进行了综合分析,并提出了下步发展方向:以复杂缝网内考虑多因素影响的输砂实验为基础,进行高精度数值模拟及铺置规律研究,最终建立复杂缝网输砂的通用理论和计算方法;形成更完善的填砂裂缝导流能力室内评价方法,结合数值模拟手段进行动态导流能力衰减系数研究,最终建立多因素影响下的变时空导流能力预测模型。该研究可为今后复杂压裂缝网高导流能力的相关研究提供技术参考。 With the in-depth understanding of fracturing fracture in the oil industry and the development of shale gas and other unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs,it is of great necessity to study the conductivity of complex fracturing fracture network system.Physical simulation and numerical simulation were used to analyze the proppant migration and placement behaviors and the sand-packed fracture conductivity,and the further development points were also provided.Based on the proppant migration experiment considering multiple influencing factors in a complex fracture network,high-precision numerical simulation and proppant placing patterns were investigated to establish a general theory and calculation method for the proppant migration in the complex fracture network.A systematic laboratory evaluation for the sand-packed fracture conductivity was developed to determine the dynamic conductivity attenuation coefficient by combining with numerical simulation and finally establish a variable space-time conductivity prediction model to consider multiple factors.This research could provide certain technical reference for the high-conductivity characterization of complex fracture network.
