摘要
针对大庆油田聚合物驱后厚油层剩余油高度分散、挖潜难度大的问题,先期在大庆油田三类油层探索开展压裂驱油工艺技术应用评价,增油效果显著。结合聚合物驱后厚油层韵律段顶部剩余油相对富集的特点,采用压裂驱油工艺注入碱/表面活性剂二元体系或三元复合体系驱油剂挖潜剩余油。在长垣内部喇嘛甸油田一类和二类油层优选10口聚合物驱后采油井,首选含油饱和度相对较高的厚油层顶部进行压裂,压裂半径为井距的1/3,施工过程顺利,压裂后平均单井日增油量为3.3t。现场试验结果证明:聚合物驱后厚油层采出程度低、压裂驱油有效厚度大的采油井,适合采取压裂驱油技术进一步挖潜剩余油。
In view of the high dispersion of remaining oil and the difficulty in tapping the potential in thick reservoirs after polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield,the application and evaluation of fracturing oil flooding technology in TypeⅢthin&poor reservoir of Daqing Oilfield were explored in the first stage,and the effect of oil stimulation was remarkable.There is relatively rich remaining oil at the top of rhythmic unit of thick reservoir after polymer flooding combined with this characteristics,the fracturing flooding technology is used to inject alkaline/surfactant binary system or ternary composite system flooding agents to tap the remaining oil.In Lamadian Oilfield in the placanticline,10 oil production wells of TypeⅠmain reservoir and TypeⅡsecondary reservoir after polymer flooding are selected,and the top of thick reservoir with relatively high oil saturation is preferred for fracturing.The fracturing radius is 1/3 of well spacing,and the frac operation was successful.The average daily oil production of a single well after fracturing is 3.3 t.The field test results show that the production wells with low recovery degree after polymer flooding and large effective thickness of fracturing flooding,are suitable for further tapping the remaining oil.
