摘要
目的探讨微视频联合情景模拟游戏对脑瘫患儿负性心理及生活质量的影响。方法抽取2017年11月—2019年1月商丘市第一人民医院收治的62例脑瘫患儿进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各31例。观察组患儿采取微视频联合情景模拟游戏等护理措施,对照组患儿采取常规康复训练。持续干预3个月后进行上门随访,发放儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)、儿童生活质量量表、Conners父母症状问券(PSQ),统计分析患儿的康复质量及负性情绪情况。结果干预后观察组患儿WeeFIM、儿童生活质量量表、PSQ评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微视频联合情景模拟游戏可有效改善脑瘫患儿的生活质量及负性情绪,同时还可提高患儿独立性,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of micro-video combined with scene simulation games on the negative psychology and quality of life of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 62 children with cerebral palsy who were admitted and treated in the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from November 2017 to January 2019 were selected for study.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Children in the observation group were given nursing measures such as micro-video combined with scene simulation games while children in the control group were given routine rehabilitation training.After 3 months of continuous nursing,a follow-up visit was conducted.Functional Independence Measure(WeeFIM),Quality of Life Scale for Children and Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ)were issued to count the children's rehabilitation quality and negative emotions.Results After intervention,WeeFIM,Quality of Life Scale for Children and PSQ scores of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Micro-video combined with scene simulation games can effectively improve quality of life and negative emotions of children with cerebral palsy,and also improve the independence of children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
