标准化视频宣教模式在脑瘫患儿康复中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨标准化视频宣教模式在脑瘫患儿康复中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月江西省赣州市人民医院收治的80例脑瘫患儿,均接受康复治疗,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规宣教,观察组采用标准化视频宣教。比较两组的宣教效果、康复效果和患儿家属护理总满意度。结果护理前,两组患儿家属的健康知识评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患儿家属的健康知识评分是(90.38±4.16)分,高于对照组的(85.74±6.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患儿的康复治疗依从性评分是(10.29±1.32)分,高于对照组的(8.64±1.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的总有效率是90.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属的护理总满意度是95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑瘫患儿康复中应用标准化视频宣教有助于提高家属健康知识掌握水平,提高患儿康复治疗依从性,提升康复效果及护理满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of standardized video education mode in the rehabilitation of children patients with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 80 children patients with cerebral palsy who were admitted to Jiangxi Ganzhou People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and given rehabilitation treatment.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine education,and the observation group was given standardized video education.The effectiveness of education,rehabilitation,and total nursing satisfaction of the patients′family members were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in health knowledge scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the health knowledge score of the observation group was(90.38±4.16)points,which was higher than that of the control group of(85.74±6.53)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the rehabilitation compliance score of the observation group was(10.29±1.32)points,which was higher than that of the control group of(8.64±1.27)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of family members of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than that of the control group of 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized video education in the rehabilitation of children patients with cerebral palsy can help improve the knowledge level of family members,improve the compliance of children patients with rehabilitation treatment,and improve the rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction.
