摘要
目的:对比手术室规培护士培训采用微课教学模式与传统教学模式两种培训的效果。方法:选取本院2017年30名手术室规培护士为对照组,2018年30名手术室规培护士为试验组,以3个月为一个培训期限,对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组采用微课教学模式,通过考核理论知识和操作技能结果及规培护士对微课培训的满意度调查评价培训效果。结果:培训后,试验组理论成绩(91.2±2.59)和操作成绩(93.8±1.71)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);试验组对微课培训的满意度较高,评价满意的护士例数占比达到90%。结论:手术室规培护士应用微课教学培训模式是适应手术室工作性质的,有利于护士对专科知识和操作技能的掌握,增强手术室工作的适应能力,达到培训效果好的目的。随着我国经济社会的不断发展以及养老市场需求的扩大,为缓解市场紧缺的中医服务人才而新出现的中医康复养生专业,改变了以往中医教学的模式。本文主要从中医康复养生专业的教学出发,探究康复养生专业的教学优化思路,以期为中医康复养生专业的教学提供理论帮助。
Objective: To compare the effect of micro-class teaching mode and traditional teaching mode in the training of operation room nurses. Methods: Selection in our hospital in 2017, 30 operating rules, as a nurse in control group, 30 in 2018 operating rules, as the experimental group, in 3 months for a training period, the control group used the traditional teaching mode, experimental group using micro teaching mode, compare two different training effects: through the examination results of theoretical knowledge and operation skills and rules from the nurse training satisfaction survey on class. Results: After training, the theoretical scores(91.2±2.59) and operational scores(93.8±1.71) of the two groups were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01). The satisfaction of the accompanying nurses in the experimental group on the micro-course training was higher, and the proportion of the nurses who were satisfied with the evaluation was up to 90% Conclusion: The application of micro-course teaching and training mode for operation room nurses is to adapt to the nature of operating room work, which is beneficial for nurses to master specialized knowledge and operational skills, enhance the adaptability of operating room work, and achieve good training effect.
