摘要
公众对院前急救服务的需求日益增长,呈现出高要求、多元化的发展态势。上海市院前急救业务需求逐年增长,非急救服务诉求大量涌现。非急救业务是患者的一种正当诉求,且有相当的数量,应当拓宽服务渠道,满足公众的服务需求。为了更好地满足市民多元化的院前急救服务需求,合理配置院前急救资源,上海市开通了“962120”康复出院专线。“962120”专线开通后,“120”指挥中心急救电话的接听压力得到疏解,通过预约的非急救转运服务诉求得到了优先满足。
The public demands for pre-hospital emergency services are growing with a development trend of high quality and diversity.The pre-hospital emergency service demands in Shanghai are increasing year by year,and a large number of non-emergency service demands are emerging.As a legitimate appeal from patients,the non-emergency service should be strengthened to meet the public service needs by broadened channels from relevant departments.In order to meet the diversified needs of pre-hospital emergency services of the public,and to reasonably allocate pre-hospital emergency resources,the“962120”special telephone line for rehabilitation and discharge was opened.After the opening of“962120”,the pressure on“120”emergency call was relieved,and the non-emergency transfer service demands with appointment was able to be met preferentially.
