摘要
高职院校的作用是为国家和社会培养高水平专业技能人才。人才培养不能墨守成规,需要根据社会需求的变化进行相应的调整。对高职造价专业人才培养要以此为目标,使教育理念贯彻到整个教育规划和教育执行中,在观念、能力、习惯等多方面构建教学体系。造价专业学生的培养要提高对实践能力的重视程度,教学内容紧跟时代发展,改进教学方式方法,提升教学效果,促进高职造价专业学生的能力培养和个人发展。
The role of higher vocational colleges is to train high-quality talents with high-level professional skills for the country and society.Talent training should not follow the rules,and it needs to be adjusted according to the changes of social needs.Talent training of engineering cost major in higher vocational education should take this as the goal,so that the educational concept of talent training is carried out throughout the educational planning and implementation of education,and a teaching system is constructed in terms of concepts,abilities and habits.The talent training of engineering cost major should pay more attention to the practical ability,the teaching content should follow the development of the times,and the teaching methods should be improved to enhance the teaching effect and promote the ability training and personal development of students in engineering cost of higher vocational colleges.
