摘要
护生临床实习是护理专业学生在学习过程中向临床护士转变的一个特殊阶段,在此阶段难免会出现担心、害怕、焦虑、失望等心理失衡问题。因此,拟定一套可行的辅导方案,通过开放性、结构性团体辅导形式,解决临床护生肿瘤专科医院实习过程中出现的各种心理问题,提高临床护生的心理素质,促进临床护生更好地适应肿瘤专科医院临床实习工作。
The clinical practice of nursing students is a special stage of the transition from nursing students to clinical nurses in the learning process.At this stage,it is inevitable that there will be fear,anxiety,disappointment and other psychological imbalances.Therefore,a set of feasible counseling program is developed to solve various psychological problems that occur during the clinical practice of clinical nursing students in tumor hospitals through open and structured group counseling,improve the psychological quality of clinical nursing students,and promote clinical nursing students to better adapt to the clinical practice in tumor hospitals.
