刮板输送机“上窜下滑”原因与控制技术 被引量:3

摘要 大倾角工作面刮板输送机易出现“上窜下滑”现象,影响作业进度和安全生产。结合北辛窑煤矿8103工作面生产实际,对刮板输送机“上窜下滑”的机理展开分析;进行了头巷超前推采距离计算和改进。针对刮板输送机的不同状态,提出了控制头巷超前推采距离(伪斜量)在8~10 m范围、工作面下端头20 m范围内放缓工作面倾斜的角度、安设了一台特殊小支架等防控措施。现场实践时选用能提高强度和柔韧性的铸钢焊接材质的连接钩头,顺利开采的基础上月产量实现了突破,为开采相似缓倾斜煤层工作面提供了借鉴。 The scraper conveyor in the working face with large dip angle is easy to slide up and down,which affects the working progress and safety production.Based on the production practice of No.8103 working face in Beixinyao coal mine,the mechanism of“up channeling and down sliding”of scraper conveyor is analyzed,and the adjustment of advance mining distance of head roadway is carried out.In view of the working status of scraper conveyor,the prevention and control measures such as controlling the advance distance(false incline)of the head roadway within 8~10 m,slowing down the inclined angle of the working face in the range of 20 m at the lower end of the working face,and installing a special small support are put forward.In practice,the connection hook head of cast steel welding material which can enhance strength and flexibility is selected,and the output has achieved a breakthrough,which provides a reference for similar coal mining face with gently inclined coal seam.
