摘要
综采倾斜工作面由于回采工艺的特殊性,采面在推进过程中经常出现刮板输送机(简称溜子)"上窜下滑"的现象,增加了设备的运行阻力,导致工作面的停产。根据实际情况,提出了一些处理方法,控制了溜子"上窜下滑"的现象,实现了稳产高产。
Because of the specificity on pitched fully mechanized coal working face,the scraper conveyor（referred to Liu Zi） often appears ＂Upward and Down＂ phenomenon in advance of face promoting,leading to the equipment running resistance increasing and even face shutdown.Therefore,we have adopted a number of control and treatment methods to make ＂Upward and Down＂ phenomenon of Liu Zi under control and achieve high and stable yield of the situation.
