摘要
青年教师的教学工作能力,直接影响着高校教学和科研工作的开展,是推进高等教育发展的关键因素。基于新工科理念对工程技术人才及高校教师教学能力的新要求,分析了工科专业青年教师在教学工作开展过程中存在的问题,为青年教师的创新教学机制研究提供了相关对策。
The teaching ability of young teachers directly affects the progress of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,and it is also the key factor to promote the development of higher education.Since Emerging Engineering Education has put forward new requirements for engineering and technical talents and teaching ability of college teachers,the present research analyzes the problems of young teachers in the process of carrying out teaching work,and provides relevant countermeasures for the research of innovative teaching mechanism of young teachers.
