摘要
目的探讨胰岛素及二甲双胍联合乌梅汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2018年12月诊治的2型糖尿病患者164例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组患者82例采用胰岛素和二甲双胍治疗,观察组患者82例联用乌梅汤治疗,于治疗前后行生化指标检测、中医症状评分,比较2组患者的临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果2组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、中医症状评分(食欲不振、恶心呕吐、嗳气吞酸、饱胀感、上腹胀痛)较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后胰岛β细胞功能指数较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、中医症状评分(食欲不振、恶心呕吐、嗳气吞酸、饱胀感、上腹胀痛)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素及二甲双胍联合乌梅汤治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of insulin and metformin combined with Wumei decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 164 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected in hospital from January 2018 to December 2018,who were divided into two groups by random number table method.82 patients treated insulin and metformin as control group.82 patients combined with Wumei decoction as observation group.Biochemical indexes and TCM symptom scores were performed in two groups before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index,TCM symptom scores(anorexia,nausea and vomiting,belching and acid swallowing,fullness,epigastric distention)decreased significantly in two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Isletβcell function index increased significantly in two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index,TCM symptom scores(anorexia,nausea and vomiting,belching and acid swallowing,fullness,epigastric distention)in observation group were lower than control group after treatment(P<0.05).Isletβcell function index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin and metformin combined with Wumei decoction are effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is worthy of clinical application.
