摘要
目的探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法收集83例2型糖尿病患者和40例体检健康者血清,根据患者血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平将糖尿病组患者分为LDL-C水平增高组和LDL-C水平正常组,测定所有受检者血清hs-CRP水平及糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果 hs-CRP水平在LDL-C增高组、正常组及对照组之间呈逐渐下降趋势,两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);hs-CRP浓度与LDL-C浓度呈正相关(r=0.4781,P<0.05);2型糖尿病患者中合并颈动脉粥样硬化者血清hs-CRP阳性率明显高于无颈动脉病变者(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清hs-CRP水平显著升高,且与患者LDL-C浓度及颈总动脉粥样硬化形成有一定的相关性。
Objective To explore the correlation between serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP） and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 83 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 40 normal people with health examinations were selected,and patients with diabetes were divided into increasing LDL-C group and LDL-C normal LDL-C group according to the level of LDL-C. The level of serum hs-CRP and intima-media thickness（ IMT） were detected in all the patients. Results The level of serum hs-CRP decreased gradually in the increasing LDL-C group,the normal LDL-C group and the control group,and there were significant differences among three groups（ P 0. 01）. Serum hs-CRP level was positively correlated with the density of LDL-C（ r = 0. 4781,P 0. 05）. The positive rate of hs-CRP in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with carotid atherosclerosis was significantly higher than that in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients without atherosclerosis（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Serum hs-CRP level increases obviously in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the level of hs-CRP is correlated with the density of LDL-C and the formation of carotid atherosclerosis.
