摘要
米氏醇是用于合成染料结晶紫内酯(CVL)的重要中间体,通常以甲烷贝斯(4,4’-双二甲氨基二苯基甲烷)为原料,经过催化氧化过程制备。本文考察了使用负载型金属氧化物催化剂,在管式反应器中生产米氏醇的工艺路线,为工业化连续生产米氏醇提供工艺指导和反应器设计参考。
4,4’-Bis(dimethylamino)benzohydrol is an important dye intermediate for the production of crystal violet lactone(CVL). It is usually prepared by catalytic oxidation of 4,4 ’-dimethylaminodiphenylmethane and oxygen. In this paper, 4,4’-bis(dimethylamino) benzohydrol was prepared through continuous reaction with supported oxidation catalyst in a tubular reactor. And the process of oxidation in the tubular reactor was investigated. The paper can provide process guidance and reactor design reference for industrial continuous production of 4,4’-bis(dimethylamino)benzohydrol.
