摘要
米氏醇(4,4’-双二甲氨基二苯基甲醇)是用于生产染料结晶紫内酯(CVL)的重要中间体。通常以甲烷贝斯(4,4’-双二甲氨基二苯基甲烷)和空气为原料,在氧化催化剂作用下制备。其中氧化催化剂性能很关键。以活性γ-Al2O3微球为载体,经过浸渍、沉淀、烘干、焙烧等过程,制成负载型钴-锰-铈多元金属氧化物氧化催化剂,并考察了不同制备条件下的催化剂的氧化性能差异,从而确定最优的催化剂制备条件。
4,4’-Bis(dimethylamino)benzohydrol is an important dye intermediate for Crystal Violet Lactone(CVL).It can be prepared by oxidation reaction between oxygen and methane bass.The performance of oxidation catalyst is very important.A supported oxidation catalyst containing Co-Mn-Ce metal oxides,with activated γ-Al2O3 microspheres as the catalyst carrier were prepared.The process of preparation including impregnation,precipitation,drying,roasting and other steps.We studied the difference of catalysts under different preparation conditions,to explore the optimal preparation process.
