摘要
目的研究氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法80例高血压合并冠心病患者,按照住院日期奇偶性分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者应用氨氯地平进行治疗,观察组患者应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。对比两组患者冠心病和高血压的治疗效果、血脂指标及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者冠心病治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者高血压治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总胆固醇(3.20±0.11)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.56±0.08)mmol/L、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.53±0.12)mmol/L及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇指标(1.52±0.15)mmol/L均优于对照组的(4.17±0.13)、(2.02±0.15)、(1.26±0.17)、(1.88±0.20)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在高血压合并冠心病患者的治疗中应用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片的疗效更为显著,能够有效控制患者的血压、血脂指标,且不会增加不良反应发生,临床应用价值高。
Objective To study the clinical effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 cases of hypertension with coronary heart disease were divided into observation group and control group by admission date parity,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by amlodipine,and the observation group was treated by amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets.The therapeutic effect of coronary heart disease and hypertension,blood lipid indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of coronary heart disease treatment of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group 82.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of hypertension treatment of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of the control group 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total cholesterol(3.20±0.11)mmol/L,triglyceride(1.56±0.08)mmol/L,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(1.53±0.12)mmol/L and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(1.52±0.15)mmol/L of the observation group were better than those of the control group(4.17±0.13),(2.02±0.15),(1.26±0.17)and(1.88±0.20)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets shows remarkable efficacy for the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease,which can effectively control the blood pressure and blood lipid indicators,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.The clinical application value is high.
