摘要
介绍目前在固定资产投资项目节能审查工作过程中项目年综合能源消费量的定义和计算方法,结合钢铁企业固定资产投资项目具体实践分析了其存在的问题与不足,并进一步提出了改进的建议,以促进固定资产投资项目节能审查工作的健康发展。
The paper introduces the current in the fixed assets investment projects in energy saving project in the process of review the definition and calculation method, the comprehensive energy consumption in combination with iron and steel enterprise fixed assets investment project specific practice analyses the existing problems and deficiencies, and further puts forward some Suggestions of improvement, in order to promote the healthy development of the energy audit of fixed assets investment projects work.
