摘要
职业指导是高校毕业工作中不可忽视的重要组成部分.在就业趋势愈加严峻的背景下,高校毕业生能否顺利就业,对社会和国家的发展和稳定有直接影响.而造就毕业生就业困难的因素是多元的,故此,高校就要高度重视毕业生就业困难的问题,充分认知到职业指导的重要性和必要性,采取科学、合理、有效的职业指导措施解决当前就业困难群体的多方问题,帮助高校困难就业群体顺利就业.
Career guidance is an important part of university graduation work.Under the background of more and more severe employment trend,whether college graduates can obtain employment smoothly has a direct impact on the development and stability of society and the country.Therefore,colleges and universities should attach great importance to the employment difficulties of graduates,fully recognize the importance and necessity of vocational guidance,take scientific,reasonable and effective vocational guidance measures to solve the multiple problems of the current employment difficulties,and help the difficult employment groups in colleges and universities to obtain employment smoothly.
