摘要
提出一种电梯钢丝绳弯曲次数计算方法。在电梯的每一次运行中,根据电梯控制板接收到的目的层数信息和电梯的基本信息,计算电梯钢丝绳各位置的正向弯曲次数和反向弯曲次数;然后统计一段时间内电梯钢丝绳各位置总的弯曲次数信息、最大弯曲位置信息。算法中考虑到曳引系统中钢丝绳与不同滑轮间包角差异对弯曲疲劳的影响。根据统计结果,给出电梯钢丝绳的剩余弯曲疲劳寿命值,并根据弯曲疲劳寿命监测值发出报警信号,使检修人员可以根据报警信号对电梯进行检修。
A method for calculating the bending times of elevator wire ropes is given.In each operation of the elevator,according to the destination layer information,the elevator control board and the basic information of the elevator are received,the forward bending times and reverse bending times of each position on the elevator wire rope are calculated.The total bending times information and the maximum bending times information of each position of the elevator wire rope in a period of time are counted.In the algorithm,the influence between the wire rope and the warp angle of different pulleys on bending fatigue in the traction system is considered.The forward bending times and reverse bending times generated by each pulley respectively are calculated and counted.According to the current statistical results,the residual bending fatigue life value of the elevator wire rope is calculated.And according to the bending fatigue life monitoring value sending out an alarm signal,the maintenance personnel can carry out maintenance on the elevator on the basis of the alarm signal.
