摘要
分析了电梯曳引钢丝绳的受力和磨损机制,并通过对钢丝绳的冶炼、轧制、热处理以及使用过程等环节的工艺控制进行研究,从而增加了钢丝绳寿命,保障电梯安全。
In this article ,the stress and wear mechanism of the elevator hoisting rope were analyzed ,at the same time ,the production process of the elevator hoisting rope was studied ,including smelting ,rolling ,heat treatment ,to make the rope more durable and safe in use .
