摘要
国内电梯用钢丝绳直径控制精度较低,波动范围较大,为了满足电梯用钢丝绳直径实时监控与及时调整的需求,在电梯用钢丝绳生产线上安装了激光测径仪。激光测径仪由激光测量器、操作面板和远程控制器组成。介绍电梯用钢丝绳激光测径仪的原理、安装、调试验证及应用。静态测试过程中,分别以Ф8、12 mm标准棒进行往复3次测试,精度符合不大于±0.02 mm要求。动态测试与人工测试数据误差小于电梯用钢丝绳公称直径的0.4%。激光测径仪应用于电梯用钢丝绳生产线后,提高了直径控制精度和产品质量。
The control precision of the domestic elevator steel wire rope diameter is low,which has a larger range,in order to meet the demand of real-time monitoring and timely adjustment for the elevator steel wire rope diameter,the laser diameter gauge is installed in the elevator steel wire rope production line. The laser diameter gauge is composed of a laser measuring device,an operation panel and a remote controller. The principle,installation,debugging,verification and application of the laser diameter gauge are introduced. In the static testing process,using diameter 8,12 mm standard rod reciprocating three tests respectively,the measure error is within the uncertainty of ± 0. 02 mm. The data error between dynamic testing and manual testing is less than 0. 4% of the nominal diameter of the elevator steel wire ropes. The laser diameter gauge is applied to the production line of the steel wire ropes for elevator,which improves the precision of diameter control and the quality of products.
