摘要
目的分析自由体位助产配合分娩球运动助产在自然分娩中的应用效果。方法选取所在医院近两年(2017年7月至2018年12月)200例自然分娩产妇,根据助产方法进行分组,观察组100例产妇采用自由体位助产配合分娩球运动助产方法,对照组100例产妇采用常规助产方法,对比2组分娩情况。结果观察组第一产程时间、总产程时间、产后2 h出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率(2.0%)、会阴侧切率(4.0%)、难产率(1.0%)均低于对照组(11.0%、14.0%、9.0%),组间对比差异明显(P<0.05);观察组产妇对护理人员服务态度、助产指导、接生管理、技术操作的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组新生儿Apgar评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自由体位助产配合分娩球运动助产,临床效果显著,可提高自然分娩效果,减少剖宫产率,提高产妇就诊满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of free position midwifery combined with delivery ball exercise midwifery in natural delivery.Methods 200 cases of spontaneous delivery in our hospital in recent two years(July 2017-December 2018)were divided into two groups according to the method of midwifery.100 cases in the observation group were given free position midwifery combined with delivery ball exercise midwifery,while 100 cases in the control group were given routine midwifery,and the two groups were compared.Results The first stage of labor,the total stage of labor and the amount of bleeding in 2 hours after delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the cesarean section rate(2.0%),the lateral perineal section rate(4.0%)and the dystocia rate(1.0%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(11.0%,14.0%,9.0%)and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);the service attitude,midwifery guidance and midwifery management in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P The satisfaction score of technical operation was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the Apgar score of newborn in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Free position midwifery combined with delivery ball movement midwifery has a significant clinical effect.It can improve the effect of natural delivery,reduce the rate of cesarean section and improve the satisfaction of parturients.
