摘要
当前经济发展十分迅速,教育也需要适当的创新。高职教育和普通教育之间存在一定的差异,目前对于高职教育方式的创新有很多,比如现代学徒制等。高职教育不仅要培养学生掌握基本的理论知识,也要提升学生的职业技能,对于学生日后的工作和发展有着积极的意义。就业是当今社会的热点问题,在新时期,高职教育需要进行更深刻的探索,才能够为社会输送符合时代发展要求的人才。该文对高职教育管理理念的重要性进行了探讨,结合目前的教育现状,着重分析了高职教育管理理念的创新,希望能有一定的参考价值。
With the rapid development of economy,education needs to be innovated accordingly.There is still a difference between higher vocational education and ordinary education.At present,there are many innovations in the way of higher vocational education,such as modern apprenticeship,etc.Higher vocational education should not only cultivate students'basic theoretical knowledge,but also improve students'vocational skills,which will have certain positive significance for their future work and development.Employment is a hot social topic at present.In the new period,it is necessary to make further explorations on higher vocational education,in order to provide talents suitable for the development of the times and society.This paper discusses the importance of the management concepts of higher vocational education,and combined with the current status of education,focuses on analyzing the innovation in the management concepts of higher vocational education,hoping to provide certain reference.
