烟气脱硫副产物的处理与处置 被引量:8

摘要 常用的烟气脱硫工艺有钙法、氨法、镁法、钠法、海水法、活性炭法,工艺不同副产物的种类和状态也不相同。脱硫副产物的出路是脱硫工艺选择的重要参考因素。对比了6种不同烟气脱硫工艺的副产物处理和处置方法。其中,钙湿法脱硫的副产物产量最大,利用率较高,2018年我国脱硫石膏产量超过1.2亿t,其综合利用率为74%。由于脱硝及消白的需要,存在湿法改半干法的趋势,但半干法工艺的Ca/S比湿法高,这会导致利用率低的脱硫灰产量增大;钙半干法脱硫协同脱硝会导致脱硫灰处理更为困难,需要进一步加大对脱硫灰的处理研究。 The common flue gas desulfurization processes include calcium method,ammonia method,magnesium method,sodium method,seawater method and activated carbon method.The types and states of by-products are different with different processes.The outlet of desulfurization by-products is an important reference factor for the selection of desulfurization process.The by-product treatment methods of six different FGD processes were compared.Among them,the by-product production of calcium wet desulfurization is the largest,with a high utilization rate.In 2018,the output of desulfurization gypsum in China exceeded 120 million tons,and its comprehensive utilization rate was 74%.Due to the need of denitrification and whitening,there is a trend of changing wet process to semi dry process.However,the Ca/S ratio of semi dry process is higher than that of wet process,which will lead to the increasing of desulfurization ash yield with low utilization rate;calcium semi dry desulfurization combined with denitration will make desulfurization ash treatment more difficult,and further research on desulfurization ash treatment is needed.
