摘要
干法、半干法脱硫渣主要由亚硫酸钙、硫酸钙、氢氧化钙和碳酸钙等物质组成,由于其中含有较多的亚硫酸钙而不利于脱硫渣的综合利用。本文提出了用廉价催化剂对亚硫酸钙进行催化氧化使其转化成为硫酸钙的实验方案,比较了几种催化剂在同样务件下对亚硫酸钙的催化氧化的效果,并就催化剂掺量、催化时间、反应温度等影响因素对亚硫酸钙的转化的影响进行了研究。本方案具有经济、高效、方便、实用的特点,非常适合于解决当前脱硫石膏应用领域中所普遍存在的问题。
Dry and Semi-Dry Desulfurization Residues mainly consist of calcium sulfite, calcium sulfate, calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate,etc. Because there are many calcium sulfite which is not benificial to the utilization of the residues, we put forward an experiment method--transforming calcium sulfite into calcium sulfate with a kind of cheap catalyzer.In this experiment we compared of the effect of several catalyzers on the oxidation of calcium sulfite. Selecting the best one as catalyzer, we studied how the content of catalyzer, tempreture and time affected the oxidation of calcium sulfite. This method is economical, highly efficient, convenient and utility, which is very suitable to solve the exsiting problem in the application of Dry and Semi-Dry Desulfurization Residues.
