2016~2018年广西梧州市手足口病流行病学特征及重症病例发病的影响因素 被引量:9

Epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease and influencing factors of prevalence of severe cases in Wuzhou City,Guangxi,2016-2018

摘要 目的分析广西梧州市2016~2018年手足口病的流行病学特征及重症病例发病的影响因素。方法从中国疾病预防控制中心信息系统法定报告传染病数据库获取梧州市的手足口病数据,分析2016~2018年梧州市手足口病的三间分布,以及重症手足口病发病的危险因素。结果梧州市2016~2018年累计报告手足口病病例50868例,且33.0%的病例集中分布在岑溪市,病例以1~3岁农村儿童为主,重症病例在4~7月的高峰高于9~11月;低年龄、居住在农村、EV71和其他肠道病毒感染是梧州市重症病例发病的危险因素。岑溪市重症手足口病病例的病原学构成与梧州市其他地区相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2016~2018年梧州市属于广西手足口病相对高发的地区,且存在明显的地区聚集性,应持续加强疫情监测、做好疫苗的宣传接种工作。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease and the influencing factors of prevalence of severe cases in Wuzhou City,Guangxi,2016-2018.Methods The data of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in Wuzhou City were collected from the Legal Report Infectious Disease Database of Chinese Center for Disease Prevention and Control Information System.The region,time and population distribution of hand-foot-mouth disease in Wuzhou City from 2016 to 2018 was analyzed,and the risk factors for prevalence of severe hand-foot-mouth disease were analyzed as well.Results During 2016 and 2018,a total of 50868 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were reported in Wuzhou City,and 33.0%of the cases lived in Cenxi City,mainly rural children aged 1 to 3 years.The peak incidence of severe cases from April to July was higher than that from September to November.Low age,living in rural area,EV71 and other enterovirus infection were the risk factors for developing severe cases in Wuzhou City.The pathogenic composition of severe hand-foot-mouth disease cases in Cenxi City differed from that in the other regions in Wuzhou City(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuzhou City has a relatively high prevalence of hand-foot-mouth disease in Guangxi during 2016 and 2018,presenting a notable regional cluster.It is necessary to strengthen epidemic surveillance and do a good job in vaccine propaganda and vaccination.
