摘要
以PLC控制器和可编程触摸屏为基础,设计了具有实时数据汇聚和自动调控功能的温室环境参数自主测控系统,编写了上位机软件系统,实现了数据的实时汇聚与集中显示、环境参数进行独立处理与调控、远程控制指令的接收、参数集中显示与分类存储、实时变化曲线绘制及数据包的重组与转发等功能;研究了控制器数据处理算法和执行机构的驱动策略,实现了温室内部环境参数的自主调控功能。
Based on the PLC controller and programmable touch screen,an autonomous monitoring and control system for greenhouse environmental parameters with real-time data convergence and automatic control was designed.Real-time convergence and centralized display of data,independent processing and regulation of environmental parameters,remote control instruction receiving,parameter centralized display and classification storage,real-time change curve drawing and data packet reorganization and forwarding functions was realized by compiling an upper computer software system;Through the study of the controller data processing algorithm and the driving strategy of the actuator,the autonomous control function of the environment parameters in the greenhouse is realized.
