摘要
中华优秀传统文化以其价值优势为新型政党制度的形成提供功能性支撑,呼应了人类发展的现实需要,彰显了新时代下我国政党制度的路径演进。优秀传统文化为新型政党制度建设提供了效能、环境、视野、形式等契合性的价值基因。合理运用中华优秀传统文化的精神价值有助于从内生性因素中找寻新型政党制度的现实发展维度。从文化的时间延续与空间的更新脉络中可实现话语体系、制度效能和程序机制三个维度的建设方案。新型政党制度由此展现了价值汲取的功能优势从而为世界政治文明提供中国范式。
Excellent traditional culture provides functional support for the formation of a new party system with its value advantages, echoes the actual needs of human development, and highlights the historical evolution of the party system in the new era of our country. Excellent traditional culture provides efficiency,environment, vision, form and other suitable value genes for the construction of a new party system. The rational use of the spiritual value of excellent traditional culture helps to internally construct a practical development dimension of the new party system. From the temporal continuity and spatial renewal of culture,a three-dimension construction scheme of discourse system, institutional effectiveness and procedural mechanism can be realized. The new party system extracts functional advantages from its cultural dynamics and provides world political civilization with a paradigm of Chinese characteristics.
