摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平高度重视实体经济发展工作,对发展实体经济作出了一系列重要论述。当前,我国实体经济发展主要存在实体经济与虚拟经济发展不平衡,传统制造业与先进制造业发展不平衡,制造业与生产性服务业发展不平衡,创新供给能力与产业需求不平衡以及政策作用发挥不充分,实体经济成本控制不充分,国内需求拉动不充分,国外市场开拓不充分"四个不平衡、四个不充分"问题。对此,我们应坚持和加强党的全面领导,推动制造业高质量发展,加快实施创新驱动发展战略,降低实体企业综合成本,营造良好营商环境等,在经济新常态下认真学习和贯彻习近平总书记关于实体经济发展重要论述并用于指导实践,不断推动实体经济高质量发展,建设现代化经济体系。
Since the Party’s 18 th National Congress,President Xi Jin-ping has attached great importance to the development of the real economy and made a series of important expositions.The present phase of China’s economic development witnesses the imbalance between the development of the real economy and the virtual economy,between the development of traditional and advanced manufacturing,between manufacturing and productive services,between innovation supply capacity and industrial demand,the inadequate role of policy,the inadequate control of costs in the real economy,the inadequate promotion of domestic demand,and the inadequate development of foreign markets,namely"four problems of imbalance and inadequacy".In this regard,we should adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the Party,promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing sector,accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies,reduce the comprehensive costs of real enterprises,and create a good business environment,etc.We should also seriously study and implement President Xi Jin-ping’s important expositions on the real economy under the new economic normal,use them to guide practice,and continuously promote the high-quality development of the real economy to build a modern economic system.
