考虑多种差异的云制造平台双边协调匹配策略研究 被引量:3

A Strategy for Two-sided Coordination and Matching of Cloud Manufacturing Platform with Considering Multiple Differences

摘要 在前景理论的基础上,考虑参与匹配主体对各个匹配方案评估的相互参照作用,引入差异系数来放大匹配方案之间的差异,便于匹配对的选择;在订单拆解成不同的产能需求的实际条件下,提出了需求方对不同产能的重要性评估系数,弥补了前景理论无法描述的需求方对产能的重要性评估差异;综合由于心理因素引发的产能匹配效果评估差异和对订单分解出的不同产能需求的重要性评估差异,建立了双边匹配主体针对不同产能匹配方案的多属性满意度指标。之后,以多属性满意度为基础,定义两种类型的属性。考虑对订单匹配结果中不同属性满意度的评估取值方法差异,建立多目标规划模型,求解匹配结果。最后,通过一个实例得证该方法的可行性和有效性。 First,the mutual reference function of matching subjects’ evaluation for matching schemes was considered based on prospect theory. To easily choose optimized matching pairs,the differences of matching schemes were magnified with difference coefficients.Second,the coefficient of the demand side’s evaluation about importance of different productivities was proposed,which considered the differences of the demand side’s evaluation about importance of different productivities in which prospect theory can’t cover. Differences in the assessment of matching results due to psychological factors and differences of evaluation about importance of different productivities which came from orders were combined to establish a multi-attribute satisfaction index for different productivities’ matching schemes of bilateral matching subjects. After that,two types of attribute satisfaction are defined.Multi-objective programming model was established with value differences of different attribute satisfaction about orders’ matching results. Last,a numerical analysis illustrates feasibility and validity of this strategy.
