摘要
针对现有双目标指派模型未能科学反映参与人之间合作与竞争势态并存的技术缺陷,文章运用个体理性下的矩阵博弈思维,提出一种基于博弈理论的多属性双边匹配决策方法。鉴于双方评价形式的不确定及信息不对称,采用多种类型信息描述主体的异质偏好。相对于传统方法以双方整体收益最大为目标,所提方法剖析参与人双向选择下的策略行为及潜在收益,兼顾个体与整体收益最大为目标建模,并进一步证明所求的匹配方案为纳什均衡解。算例分析表明所提方法可反映参与人的真实选择,对匹配方案具有较好的解释力,可为利益相关者在不同情境下提供决策支持。
Aiming at the technical defects that the existing two-objective assignment model fails to scientifically reflect the co-existence of cooperation and competition among participants,this paper proposes a multi-attribute two-sided matching decision-making method based on game theory by using the matrix game thinking under the individual rationality.In view of the uncertainty of evaluation forms and information asymmetry between the two sides,the paper utilizes multiple types of information to describe the heterogeneous preferences of the subject.Compared with the traditional approach which aims to maximize the overall benefit to both parties,the proposed method makes more analyses on the strategic behavior and potential benefits under the two-way selection of participants,takes into account the goal modeling of maximum individual and overall benefits,and further proves that the matching scheme is Nash equilibrium.The analysis of examples shows that the proposed method reflects the real choice of participants,has good explanatory power for matching scheme,and can also provide decision support for stakeholders in different situations.
