摘要
为了研究复合有机酸体外应用的效果,笔者从市场中选择5种常见的复合有机酸(hlskx、sdxd、cdfl、wfjij、flt),分别对其感官、缓蚀能力、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、抑菌作用时间、对不同禽日粮pH值及系酸能力进行验证评价。结果表明:①在感官评价方面,各复合有机酸化剂色泽、气味均无明显区别。②在缓蚀能力评价方面,各组别酸在倍比稀释浓度和不同水质中的p H值均稳定在3.5~4.0,无腐蚀能力,且稀释至1/1000时缓冲能力良好。③在MIC值与抑菌机制评价方面,笔者以大肠杆菌(ATCC25922)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25923)和沙门氏菌(ATCC14028)为指示菌,wfjyj及hlskx的MIC范围均为1/320~1/500,两者抑菌性能相当,优于其余3种产品;cdfl的MIC范围为1/320~1/200,抑菌性能较差。④在抑菌作用时间方面,经过216 h后,wfjyj抑菌圈回长程度小于其他产品,抑菌作用时间及效果较好,且同hlskx抑菌圈作用效果相近。⑤日粮pH值及系酸能力评价方面,5种复合有机酸产品对不同饲料的pH值及系酸力均有显著性影响。wfjyj及hlskx对8种饲料中pH值及系酸力极显著降低的饲料作用效果明显,且两者作用能力相当,均强于其他3类产品。其他3类产品的pH值及系酸力由强到弱依次为flt、cdfl和sdxd。以上试验证明,复合有机酸具有良好的缓蚀力、抑菌效果及抑菌作用时间,且对日粮系酸能力与p H值有显著影响,对确保产品质量的稳定性和工艺的先进性具有重要意义。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of compound organic acid in vitro.Five kinds of common compound organic acids(hlskx,sdxd,cdfl,wfjij and flt)were selected from the market,and their senses,corrosion inhibition ability,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),bacteriostatic time and pH and acid ability of different poultry diets were verified and evaluated respectively.The results showed that:(1)there was no significant difference in color and smell of each compound organic acidifier in sensory evaluation;(2)in the evaluation of corrosion inhibition ability,the pH value of each acid in different dilution concentration and different water quality was stable at 3.5~4,and there was no corrosion ability,and the buffer capacity was good when diluted to 1 ppm 1000;(3)in the evaluation of MIC value and bacteriostatic mechanism,Escherichia coli(ATCC25922),Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC25923)and Salmonella(ATCC14028)were used as indicators,and the MIC ranges of wfjyj and hlskx were both 1320 mer and 500.the bacteriostatic properties of the two products were the same,which were better than those of the other three products,and the MIC range of cdfl was 1/320~1/200.The bacteriostatic performance of Escherichia coli and salmonella was poor;(4)in terms of bacteriostatic time,after216 h,the length of wfjyj bacteriostatic circle was less than that of other products,and the bacteriostatic time and effect were better,and the effect was similar to that of hlskx.In the evaluation of pH and system acid capacity of 5-day diet,five kinds of compound organic acid products had significant effects on pH and system acid power of different feeds,and wfjyj and hlskx significantly reduced the pH value and system acid power of feed in 8 kinds of feed,and the effect was obvious,and their effects were similar,both of which were stronger than the other three kinds of products.the pH and system acid power of the other three kinds of products were as follows:flt>cdfl>sdxd;wfjyj,hlskx.In summary,the compound organic acid has good corros
