摘要
选取78只体重相近的8周龄飞凤土鸡公鸡,随机分成13组(对照组和12个试验组),每组6只鸡(单笼饲养),每只鸡为1个重复,对照组饲喂不添加任何酸化剂和抗生素的全价饲粮,试验组添加不同种类不同水平的有机酸,3种有机酸(柠檬酸、延胡索酸、乳酸)的添加水平均为0.15%、0.25%、0.5%、1.0%,进行消化代谢试验,采集饲料测定饲粮pH值。结果表明:玉米-豆粕型饲粮中添加适量的有机酸(柠檬酸、延胡索酸、乳酸)可提高飞凤土鸡营养物质表观利用率;与对照组比较,3种有机酸在0.5%、1.0%添加水平时均能显著提高飞凤土鸡对饲粮干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙、磷表观利用率(P<0.05),0.25%添加水平也能显著影响饲粮粗蛋白、钙、磷的利用率(P<0.05);有机酸添加水平较低(0.15%)时,对营养物质利用率没有促进作用(P>0.05)。添加有机酸能明显降低饲粮pH值;饲粮pH值随着有机酸添加水平的增加而逐渐降低(P<0.05)。
In this experiment,78 Feifeng chickens with the same weight and age(8 weeks) were allotted randomly to 13 groups(including one control group and twelve treatment groups) with 6 replicates of one chicken each.The control group was given the basal diet(no acidifier and antibiotic),the other twelve groups were fed the basal diets added with different kinds and levels of organic acids.The additional levels of three organic acids(citric acid,fumaric acid,lactic acid) were 0.15%,0.25%,0.5%,1.0%.During the period of experiment,nutrient apparent digestibility and pH value of diet was determined.The results showed that the appropriate level of organic acids(citric acid,fumaric acid,lactic acid) supplement improved the nutrient apparent digestibility of corn-soybean meal diet in Feifeng chickens.Compared with the control group,0.5%,1.0% of organic acids significantly improved the apparent digestibility of DM,CP,EE,Ca and P(P〈0.05).0.25% of organic acids significantly improved the apparent digestibility CP,Ca and P(P〈0.05),but not in the group fed 0.15% of organic acids(P〉0.05).Dietary pH was reduced as increasing the supplementation of organic acids(P〈0.05).
