摘要
目的探讨热毒宁注射液对脓毒症致急性呼吸窘迫综合征免疫功能的影响,以及热毒宁注射液对脓毒症致急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者生存率的影响。方法选取2018年3月~2019年3月我院收治的88例脓毒症致急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和参照组,每组各44例。参照组患者实施西医常规治疗,治疗组患者实施热毒宁注射液结合西医常规治疗,治疗期间观察两组患者的免疫功能,并对治疗效果以及生存率情况进行统计学分析和评价。结果治疗组患者的细胞免疫状态CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+高于参照组,且治疗组患者的CD8^+低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的近期临床治疗总有效率为90.91%,高于参照组的68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者随访6个月后的生存率为67.50%(27/40),参照组的生存率为56.67%(17/30),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗脓毒症致急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者临床效果明显,且对患者的免疫功能存在影响,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Reduning Injection on the immune function of sepsis-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome patients,and the effect of Reduning Injection on the survival rate of sepsis-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome patients.Methods A total of 88 patients with sepsis-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome patients to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into treatment group and reference group according to random number table method,44 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with conventional Western medicine,and the patients in the treatment group were given Reduning Injection combined with conventional Western medicine treatment.During the treatment period,the immune function of the two groups of patients was observed,and the treatment efficacy and survival rate were statistically analyzed and evaluated.Results The CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+of the patients in the treatment group were higher than those of the reference group,and the CD8^+of the patients in the treatment group was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.91%,higher than that in the reference group of 68.18%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the survival rate of patients in the treatment group after 6 months of follow-up was 67.50%(27/40),the survival rate of the reference group 56.67%(17/30),the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Reduning Injection has obvious clinical effect in treating patients with sepsis-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome,and it has an impact on the immune function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
