摘要
为了迎合信息时代的高效工作效率,企业加快了大数据技术在企业内的应用,较为突出的就是企业人事档案管理的信息化建设,事实证明,这项举措不仅满足了企业自身发展的内在需要,也迎合了当下的信息化潮流,是一项具有前瞻性的举措。然而,受传统理念影响,企业档案信息化管理工作还存在着许多不足,这些极大地阻碍了大数据技术在企业内价值的发挥,并从一定程度上阻碍了档案信息化建设进程。基于此,论文以大数据为背景,分析当下企业档案信息化建设存在的不足,并提出相应的措施,希望这个情况能够改变。
In order to meet the high efficiency of the information age,the enterprise has accelerated the application of big data technology in the enterprise,which is more prominent in the informatization construction of the enterprise personnel archives management.It has been proved that this measure not only meets the internal needs of the enterprise's own development,but also caters to the current informatization trend,which is a forward-looking measure.However,affected by the traditional concept,there are still many deficiencies existing in the enterprise archives informatization management,which greatly hinder the development of big data technology in the enterprise value,and to some extent hinder the archives informatization construction process.Based on this,this paper takes big data as the background,analyzes the shortcomings of the current enterprise archives informatization construction,and puts forward corresponding measures,hoping that this situation can be changed.
