摘要
水利科技档案是记录水利科技活动和成果的重要载体,具有数量庞大、多样性、时效性、完整性等特点。该文分析这些特点对水利科技档案开发利用的影响,探讨如何利用档案资源提高水利工程设计效率、促进科学研究与创新、改善水利管理决策。
Hydraulic science and technology archives is an important carrier to record the activities and achievements of hydraulic science and technology,which has the characteristics of large quantity,diversity,timeliness and completeness.This paper analyzes the influence of these characteristics on the development and utilization of water conservancy science and technology archives.How to use archive resources to improve the efficiency of water conservancy engineering design,promote scientific research and innovation,and improve water conservancy management decision-making.
