摘要
目的研究实施运动康复护理对老年慢性心衰患者的护理效果,观察患者的心脏功能、生活质量等情况。方法该次研究便利选取的患者均为该院治疗的患者,选取时间2018年6月—2019年6月,参选患者共计74例,经诊断均为老年慢性心衰患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,分别为采用常规护理的对照组和采用运动康复护理的调查组,该次研究设立两个对比组,每组37例,将对照、实验两组患者护理后的数据进行统计学计算,观察计算结果,并进行对比。结果调查组患者经过运动康复护理后的LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD等心功能指标分别为:(37.5±2.6)%、(61.5±1.8)mm、(44.5±2.3)mm,与对照组的(52.5±2.2)%、(69.5±2.1)mm、(54.5±1.3)mm相比更具有优势,差异有统计学意义(t=26.789、17.594、23.024,P<0.05);护理后调查组患者的生活质量分别为:(39.28±2.17)分、(38.53±2.21)分、(38.43±2.12)分,明显优于对照组的(35.36±3.08)分、(34.44±2.67)分、(33.15±3.03)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.329、7.178、8.685,P<0.05);调查组患者的护理满意率为97.30%,与对照组的78.38%比较,调查组更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.198,P=0.013)。结论在老年慢性心衰患者临床护理中实施运动康复,对改善患者预后和心脏功能有良好的促进作用,其临床效果显著。
Objective To study the nursing effect of exercise rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with chronic heart failure,and to observe the cardiac function and quality of life of patients.Methods The patients selected for this study were all patients treated by the hospital.From June 2018 to June 2019,a total of 74 patients were convenient selected.All patients were diagnosed with chronic heart failure in the elderly.They were grouped by random number table,Respectively,a control group using conventional care and an investigation group using exercise rehabilitation care.This study set up two comparison groups,each with 37 patients.The data of the control and experimental groups of patients were statistically calculated and observed.The results are compared.Results The cardiac function indexes of patients in the investigation group after exercise rehabilitation nursing were:(37.5±2.6)%,(61.5±1.8)mm,(44.5±2.3)mm,which were better than that of control group(52.5±2.2)%,(69.5±2.1)mm and(54.5±1.3)mm,and the difference is statistically significant(t=26.789,17.594,23.024,P<0.05);the quality of life of the patients in the survey group after nursing were:(39.28±2.17)points,(38.53±2.21)points,(38.43±2.12)points,significantly better than the control group(35.36±3.08)points,(34.44±2.67)points,(33.15±3.03)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.329,7.178,8.685,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the survey group was 97.30%,compared with 78.38%in the control group.Conclusion The exercise rehabilitation in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure has a good promotion effect on improving the prognosis and cardiac function of patients.The clinical effect is significant.
